I actually booked this hotel on goibibo and they said that it is under money replacement option and it was present actually.Then by mistake I booked for the next day instead of today’s day.so that I thought of removing the order.Then I contacted the goibibo customer service and they said that we must bring some bill or some paper work from the hotel.Then we went for that to the hotel.But there those guys said that they are not contracted with any goibibo website and they are not responsible for the cancellation.Then I asked why you even made the booking when you are not cintracted with goibibo? I got no answer and also no money from them!
