After reading the term and conditions tht it is
Refundable and exchangable at any store in india...............went to
India dlf promanade store vasant kunj twice to get one of the dress exchanged ..but useless attitude of
Staff( i think the sales guy name was sacheta or something) was very
Emotionally harassing for us
First online refunds policy i read ;second called up spain to reconform
The terms and conditions still the indian mango staff including the
Director refused to acknowledge the fact tht i can get it Exchanged...why do they open up online purchasing and give false hopes to Customers like us, now i will have to wait till monday till The mango staff opens my mail to tell what the hell is wrong with their System....no no wait i will have to call these guys and then fax it and
Then plead.
So unproffessional tht even senior staff refused to come and talk to us. Or even clarify or give it in written tht they cant exchange or refund. My dress, just one dress the other one fitted me fine. Since i purchased it and due to poor attitude of mango staff of dlf promenade vasant kunj delhi. Including the senior i am stuck with a useless dress because of false. Hope written by mango company online
Do not do any online transactions with mango clothes compny.they will not notify when is it being delivered, or has it been dispatched and dont even get me started on their unapologetic customer service on refunds and exchange( i was asking for an exchange not refund)
Waste of my time and energy and a good weekend
