Maniac store are just a bunch of unprofessional people. I was promised a delivery within three days. I placed my order on 12th may and called on 15th may and I was assured that the product would be delivered the same day then 16th has gone and no call no show.
Everytime you call them just a fake assurance. Worst customer service will to end the call. They don’t even have a free helpline number. This all happened when they have their headquarter also in Gandhinagar and even I ordered it in Gandhi nagar.
I would never recommend this site to anyone. Please ignore this site. I would rather pay Rs. 500 more than buying from these liars. If you want to order a smartphone or laptop for your college life, you better place an order while you are in 4th standard so that it can reach you by the time you enter your college.
