A word of caution to all those who intend to visit this place in Koramangala. There’s nothing good about this place in terms of healthcare. Its a purely commercial approach that they have wherein they charge you exorbitantly & then just complete the tests only as a matter of formality & without any involvement from their end.
I initially visited the unit at Sarjapur & they directed me to Koramangala & assured us that all required tests would be available there & got me an appointment. When I landed at Koramangala unit they assured to completed the master health check up in a single day(i.e. a saturday) & they collected the money for the master health check up . However when it came to conducting the tests, they informed us to come on a later date during a weekday for one of the tests. They also gave an appointment for the same. But when we landed there, the doc wasnt available and there was inordinate delay in conducting the tests. Subsequently we also realized that they hadnt given us one of the test reports, which we later got only bcoz we asked for it. Even the method in which some of the tests were conducted(ECHO test) was very inferior in comparison the tests that are conducted in other places.
The consultation with the physician for a final word on the test reports was a sheer waste of time. The doc did not even go through the reports completely & only had a cursory glance. He didnt respond to any of our queries neither did he deliberate on any issue. He only referred us to other specialists. It appeared as if he was there just to dispose off patients. There was absolutely no involvement in giving feedback to patients.
Overall it was a very bad experience.
