The service of para-medical staff is as wrost as the doctors.
Last sunday(11 Jan 2009), I was waiting for almost 2 hours 30 minutes to just PAY and give blood sample for my daughter medical tests. It takes less than this time to consult highly qualified Haematologist in other reputed hospital.
The blood sample has to be given in fasting. My daughter came for giving blood sample without breakfast. And she was starving. When asked for the delays, the counter staff simply blamed it on the Management for not giving additional hand to attended to waiting patients for the billing. Staff should be friendly and helpful.
One inside information I got that day was that lot of good doctors - specially from cardio department have already left after the Management changed about 8 months ago.
In general, hospitals in Bangalore provide very poor services. Another hospital is CMH in Indiranagar. The service level CMH has nose dived. People are not responding properly.
It is high time, people stopped going there, if you require a good service.
