If you are considering health insurance, I strongly urge you to think twice before choosing Manipal Cigna. Their product may look attractive on paper, but when it matters the most, they will not stand by you. I paid hefty premium to them for a decade and first time my mother got admitted to hospital, they betrayed us for an amount which was even lesser than the annual premium. Now she is a senior citizen and it is going to be very difficult to port to better insurer.
Health insurance is supposed to provide peace of mind. With Manipal Cigna, all we got was stress, delays, and disappointment.
