TO WHOEVER IT MAY CONCERN!
MANIPAL-CIGNA and their business partners PB are a bunch of CHEATS!
My attempt at renewing my MEDICAL HEALTH INSURANCE floater policy turned a nightmare!
I have had their medi-claim policy for a while now and the renewal was based on some assurances provided by their business partner PolicyBazzar who told me in no uncertain terms that my family floater policy covers me and family for 22 lakhs …that is 5.5 L multiple times for different ailments and also covers each individual family member for the same 5.5L(5.5X4members=22L) .This INDIVIDUALCOVER of 5.5L is now NOT being honored!
I tried to reach out to them for their clarification from the 3rd day so that I could cancel this and take another policy from another company . But they deliberately tried to hush it up and delay their reply for 2 months so that I could not cancel this so they won’t have to explain a missing customer.
I have been misguided into taking this policy by your partners sales team at PB and I am putting the necessary call recordings for this issue, I can provide all recordings if I am required to!
The people involved in this scam are:
1) SHRUTI VYAS - VP
2) SHAEEN PATHAN - Manager Grievance Management cell
3) MARY NADAR(Assistant Manager) Grievance Management cell
4) VIKAS GUPTA
5) SAMEER BHATNAGAR
Beware of these CHARACTERS and be-aware of this COMPANY!
It has taken them more than one year(1 FULL YEAR) to read that complaint I made and that too because I started to port to another company!
If this is their attitude in giving a simple clarification, god alone can save you if you communicate for any claim emergency …. truly a “I’ll pay over my dead body” policy company!
I am sharing the last recording with Mary Nadar+ Shaeen Pathan( which will reveal all that is necessary and the actual workings of this kind of FRADULENT company).
