The company charged me rs.5000 for transporting my luggage from Hyd to Pune within 5 days. Companys operative in Hyd ensured me that luggage would be delivered on June 5; however when I inquired about it, their representatives in Pune, Hyd and Indore passed on different information.
While I continued my follow up with these people, they kept on passing different information to me every day. When I propose to pickup myself, they said that it wont be possible since my luggage is kept in deep in their store and cannot be taken out until other stuff is removed.
Finally they delivered it on June 9, Hyd representative told me that my luggage already arrived Pune on 4 June; however driver told me that it actually arrived on 8 June due to vehicle breakdown on the way. With some damage worth rs.400, when I approaches Mr Sunil Bharadwaj(Hyd operative) and also their headoffice in Indore; I got a completely cold response despite he ensuring me that I would be compensated for any physical damage due to negligence on their part.
They didnt even do a good job while packaging the stuff into cartons; despite me suggesting them to ensure each carton is covered with plastic properly before being shipped to Pune. They told me that they would do so but it wasnt done. I am also attaching photos of the damage. Unsure where they kept my stuff during transportation that some of it was severely damaged by rats. Enclosed photos would do a better job to explain.
