I had booked to move the household belongings from Kadugodi to Marathahalli using them. I had booked them in morning 9 am. They(only 3 persons) came around 2:30pm in a baleno jeep with open terrace. I complained that I need a truck with closed top(as it is rainy season) but they refused.
They placed all the things in a dangerous way one above other. When it started raining, they said that they will not be responsible for things getting wet.
While reaching destination most of my things were wet. They unpacked very slowly. They asked Rs.200 for dismantling Tata Sky. I refused. They were misbehaving at times.
