Hi All, I am based out of NY and visited India this summer. TTC for 1 year. After looking for fertility doctors on internet, the first name that pops up is this B and with amazing ratings. I blindly believed the ratings and went ahead to get tests done for myself and my spouse. She doesn’t have any communication skills nor a way to communicate with couple who are TTC. She feels she is a god by herself. She asked me to walk to a room which apparently is for blood test. The room looked like it was filled with dirt and mice dropping. One lady was changing clothes in attached bathroom in the testing room while I was in queue waiting to give my blood work.
The nurse was so inexperienced that she actually had to call the doctor herself to withdraw blood. After the blood test the doctor ( honestly I wish to call her a A as she is not a doctor for heaven’s sake) asked to me go to other room as she had to do some TB test. That room was dark and there were using hand held fluorescent bulb to insert something which will go till the uterus. and it was so painful I actually cried few times during the entire process. And the A said how can I cry for such a small procedure and accused me saying I am not pregnant as I would not have allowed my husband to penetrate enough inside. How could someone talk this way to their patient!!! In US I could have sued such a doctor and getting such a treatment and mind you its expensive!!! I got up from the bed post the procedure and walked up to my husband who was waiting outside and worried listening to my cry.
There was an other girl who saw all this happening, and I appreciate her cleverness that she walked away giving her blood sample saying she will come back some other time for TB test. If something I regret heartily in my life is to visit this so called Dr Archana Agarwal - The Horror lady.
People out there, please don’t go to her. I don’t know any other good doctor as well but I am sure she is the worst ever to be found on the planet. The good ratings whoever has given not sure if its her husband creating fake id’s or truly the patients themselves, trust me its not worth your time and money. You might as well do some social service and get some blessings from them instead of going through the pain by visiting such cons in our society. Hope my thoughts help at least one person.
