I don’t know how many of you are acquainted to this amazing pasta seller who stands on the footpath right outside the World Trade Centre at Cuffe Parade but trust me, the best dish you will find till the wee hours. At night 1:30 am when we were tired of looking something to eat on a weekday, came across Manoj Pasta.
He has amazing varieties to offer and we went for the red and white mix, which they call the Pink Pasta and Paneer Pasta in Arabita Sauce. It arrived within minutes and we started hogging. The taste was very much like the pastas served at any 5 Star Restaurant. It tasted so cheesy and specially the pink pasta, I loved it. The sauces, cheese, spices were perfectly blend to make the pasta and also the paneer were finely cut and mixed within. The quantity was also very good as they serve pasta in big box unlike the restaurants who loot people with little quantity and double price. Surely a must visit.
