In 2012, I joined MBA General in "Tharabhai Subramaniam Educational & Charitable Trust, AG-3, Above Union Bank, Next to SBI, Near Vasantha Bavan, 4th Ave, Shanthi Colony, Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600040." authorized study center for Manonmaniam Sundharanar University. I paid my course fee in the span of two years in 4 installments to the study center. In 2013 I wrote my second-year examination for which I did not receive my mark sheet till date.
Regarding this, I have been continuously following with my study center "Tharabhai Subramaniam Educational & Charitable Trust" for years and they did nothing except to lie and deceive me all these years without fulfilling a single thing they said. Their usual response is "WAIT", "You certificate will arrive just around this weekend, this month end, two months", "provide a complaint letter to us we will take care of it", "We have sent someone to the University and they will definitely arrive with your certificate", "Give us some time to rectify your issue, give us more time, and more and ."
Every time I telephone them about my issue, they ask for my details and take my complaint like it was brand new and ask the same excuses. The same went-on for years. I sent a complaint letter to Manonmaniam Sundharanar University but nothing happened to like my letter was addressed to dead men in the cemetery.
On my final confrontation with "Tharabhai Subramaniam Educational & Charitable Trust" in anger. Mrs. Subulakshmi and her hysterical husband and co-coordinator of the study center, Mr.Singaravelan, said that they are not responsible for my issues and prompted me to hereafter contact the University officials regarding my certificates, which I did, but the University has not responded to any of my complaints/inquiries.
Meanwhile, a shocking fact was revealed. Manonmaniam Sundharanar University has released "Fee Balance List for Students / Centers" on which it is shown that "Tharabhai Subramaniam Educational & Charitable Trust" has kept over 27 lakhs worth course fee pending to the university. My name is on the list! I have proof that I paid my fee, only after which I was allowed to write my examinations in the first place, but somehow the University has added my name on that "fee balance list" and apparently that is why my certificate was being withheld without me knowing!
Neither "Tharabhai Subramaniam Educational & Charitable Trust" nor "Manonmaniam Sundharanar University" never provided me the exact reason why my mark sheet was not issued. They don’t answer my inquiries. It is clear that "Tharabhai Subramaniam Educational & Charitable Trust" and "Manonmaniam Sundharanar University" were hiding some dark secrets pertaining to their internal issues.
The question now is
1) Why was I listed as unpaid by the University when I actually paid all my fee to the study center?
2) Out of that 27 lakhs, how many students really paid their fee but the money didn’t reach the University except went to someone’s pocket(like in my case)?
3) Why "Tharabhai Subramaniam Educational & Charitable Trust" and "Manonmaniam Sundharanar University" maintain full silence regarding my complaints and inquiries?
4) What is the status of my mark sheet?
