I purchased a house with Mansani construction in Nagole venture, the house brick work is zig zag and slant, the brick workers are un-professional and they use child labor for brick work, before purchase they are very sweet and respect there customers, even they promise Customers any time they can call us ( kishore Mansani words to there customers), if they are not answered your call please send us SMS we will call you back this is there words to customers, after some payment is done and your construction work is stat then if you call they don’t give respect to customers, they treat customers as beggars and also in front of all customers in presence Mr. Kishore there site engineers will shout on customers with out respect of ladies or gents. if ask about your house work is not done proper way they treat like this
our venture is in dispute now with some third party occupied and showing this land belongs to them, and even though the customer whose plots are registered, Mr. Kishore and there site engineers are rude to there customers, they don’t give you proper answers, if you ask about your work is not done properly or some walls or brick work is not done properly then
site engineer will shout on customers and there families as we are beggars, and even they will worn do what ever you do, these type of answers will come, Mr. Kishore Mansani will not do anything for customers and also support there engineers work and behavior towards customers is very good.
I AM PLEASING ALL OF YOU WHO EVER LOOKING FOR NEW HOUSES FOR CONSTRUCTIONS, DON’T GO FOR MANSANI CONSTRUCTIONS.
THERE WORKERS ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL WORK WISE AND ALSO LAND WISE SO MANY PROBLEM WILL COME, THEY DON’T SOLVE ANY ISSUES WITH LAND AND FROM WORKERS END, IF ANY OF YOU BUSY YOU WILL NOT GET SANCTIFICATION WITH WORK WISE AND PROBLEM WITH LAND AND ALSO LOOSE MENTAL PEACE WITH THERE SITE ENGINEERS MISBEHAVIOR WITH CUSTOMERS.
