I made a decision to buy a flat at Mantri Royale, based on the decent reviews received from a few relatives who had bought a flat in one of Mantri’s developments in Pune.
I must say that I was quite happy with the level of knowledge and understanding of construction that the customer service executives have shown, whenever questioned about the development.
All signs point towards possession being handed over on time. Sure there have been delays, but such is the nature of the construction business, and as long as the developer makes up for lost time and delivers the project as promised.
That being said, having been a Bengaluru resident for several years, Mantri’s development in Kanakapura has delighted me. Having uptown amenities at suburban locations seems to be Mantri’s USP and I for on am glad I made a purchase decision, that will no longer be validated in the long run.
