I was informed that work on all projects was going on smoothly enough and when I visited the site I was happy to see that construction work was on in full swing.
I have also been following the news about the project and can’t seem to understand what the fuss about the construction dates and delivery is all about.
That being said, what I am most pleased about is the fact that I am going to gain possession of a flat, that is well constructed (I did a thorough check with friends, engineers and family members who have flats in Mantri developments), all the amenities (as advertised in brochure) and above all from a reputed developer, which makes my investment.
