We were in manumaharani corbett for 2 nights. The service is pathetic. The basic need was drinking water. You ask for water the room service blames it on house keeping and vice versa. Ambience is OK. Staff does possibly what they are told to do so can’t blame the staff but can blame the management. Speed of service is actually worse. We were a group of 11 people. We had kids and we also had senior citizens. But they were not able to cater to our basic wants like bath water, hot water. In november it’s slightly cold and you need hot water for bath atleast but sorry you have to ask for it and wait for 1/2 an hour.
But the garden area was good if not very well maintained but was really colourful. The resort is just on the river bank so u can forget everything and relax next to it and can see different birds...........
The management actually needs to take care of it. A good place is not only the garden for a hotel the service part is very important.
