My wife was looking for hotels to stay in Goa and found this one on a website. A banner caught her attention saying book 2 nights with us and get 2 nights free. with room rates of 5000 / per night in goa with other hotels, I found this one to be the best with 2000/night per couple and 2 nights free! that was like 1k per couple for 4 nights. called mr P. M. Vaz (owner of this hotel https://goamanvins.com) and enquired about the hotel.
He provided very good information in regards to room bookings and was very genuine. What could I ask more we also got breakfast along with the room booking for all days. immediately transferred cash to their account and got booking confirmation within 24 hours. they also have an option to stay for 2 nights in Panaji (at hotel manvins) and 2 nights at Calangute. this hotel is just 5 mins walking distance from the calangute - candolim join. and a 2 mins bike ride from the actual Calangute / Candolim beach.
When we reached goa they provided us with a pickup facility from Panaji to the hotel in Calangute at an extra charge of Rs 300. all arrangements were very smooth and good. we were immediately offered breakfast and on asking we were given information on how to travel to other places around. they made arrangements for us for tours to North and South goa in a package by Paulo Travels at a mere additional cost of Rs 150 / person. also arranged for a bike to roam around in Goa.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. A/C rooms, good and clean with good facilities. don’t expect 3* or 5* rating rooms, but these one are very good for a 1K / night. rooms are as per their description in the website. hotel building is just 11 months old as of 1/12/2009.
they have very cooperative staff, good food and other facilities like a swimming pool, parking and a very good open air dining facility.
long story short.. we had a very pleasant stay at Manvins Inn Calangute.
