Worst service ever

I have got Thunderbird 350. Bike’s good except for the electricals.


From the day 1, the headlight stock was not functioning upto the mark. Upon first service of 500 kms, I informed reg this issue to SA, but he was convinced that the switch was working fine. Finally after 10k kms the stock has given up and doesn’t respond like an adamant child. One problem or the other kept on cropping up and kept on visiting the SCentre.


I got my bike serviced at 12k kms. Following were the problems -




  1. Dipper wasn’t working properly.




  2. Headlight and indicator stocks wern’t working properly.




  3. Handle feels stiff.




  4. There is some problem with accelarator, whenever it is released, it acts like it is about to go in reserve. Upon accelarating thereafter it responds late. Now, here are my observations -




  5. Dipper has gone kaput after 50kms after service. Thank you manzil motors.






2, 3 and 4. Seems like nobody has even checked these issues.


Everytime I visit this service station, I return back dissapointed.


Even after giving poor ratings to CSS, nobody bothered to call to know why have I given poor score. Have tried to call them, but nobody bothers to take phone call.


Lastly, I would conclude that this was my 4th and last bike service here, I would instead look out for some other option now.
