Please read all the specifications and hand book very very clearly before buying their products. Although I bought a product of their’s I didnt get a chance to use it. The whole credit goes to their Customer Care and the website. I bought their product last year after checking the compatibility of their application with my phone. My mobile Model number is clearly written on the website and also their Customer Care guys told me that my phone is 100% compatible with their application. I bought the phone and spend nearly 2 days to understand that my phone is compatible with their application only with an external GPS device. I asked them the same and said "Yes, your phone is compatible with an external GPS device". They suggested me buy a external GPS device which costs around Rs.2000. I bought their product for Rs.750 and they asked me to another device which is nearly 3 times it’s cost to support their application :(.
When I asked them to refund my money they said, no, since I had already activated the product. I wondered how would I know whether the application works on mobile or not without activating it ?? They even mailed me that they would return my money but nothing happened. Its been 10 months and now I bought a new mobile (same Windows OS). When I tried to activate their product, it did not. When I asked the Customer Care guys about the same, they said the application cannot be transferred to another device even if the same customer is using it. I asked how?? They said that they activate the application on IMEI number and it is unique. And when I what to do now, they suggested me to buy a new application of theirs.
I really didn’t understand what to say now. I literally had no words. They did not tell me all these things when I bought this phone. It was written that the application cannot be transferred. What we generally think about that is it cannot be transferred to another person. But how would I think that it meant that I cannot use on my another device?? They said while paying there is a Warning saying that the application will be installed on an IMEI number. I said we use softwares of one license different machines provided we uninstall on other machines and use it on only one. They said it is their company policy and they will not support the application on a different mobile other than the registered one.
So, if you want to buy this product please make sure that you use that mobile for lifetime. Check the compatibility very clearly. I am not going to comment on the quality of the product since I didnt use it.
