Map My India - Bad Service

I just recently purchased a Honda City iVTEC with the Map My India in-dash touch screen navigation system with DVD. From the time I bought the system, the screen on the left top corner is loose and it goes inside every time I touch the screen. I have been complaining this to several people including Honda person who installed the device during purchase.


Finally I heard that the person whom I was talking to had quit the organization and no one else was aware of the status of my request. Finally after talking to several people at May My India, my system was removed to be taken to service center. Now my car is unusable because the entire AC duct and the front panel in the dash has been removed. My car is parked without being used for 5 days and I am having to commute everywhere by Auto (you all know how expensive Auto is in Chennai).


My question is why is my system not being replaced and why are they trying to repair it as the problem was reported to Honda from day one? Why do I have to live with a repaired system when it is still in warranty especially since it was fitted as a faulty system. I spent close to Rs.45000 for this system and now my entire car is unusable. Please stay away from this product, you can go in for a good music system for this money and can get to your location by using the old India way of asking someone on the road, at least it will not cost you 45000.
