I was considering to buy iNav WF for my Nokia 6110 Navigator but did not have so enthusiastic experience with their customer care. Below are my email interaction with them which is self explanatory.
Since they have not packaged their product as a true professional company, I’d suggest we should wait for more professional competitors to come up.

Since I did not get any reply from you, I called your Customer Care just know and clarified my doubts: Q: Is iNav WF is in sync with latest map data on the Mapmyindia Website?A: No. Even if I you buy iNav WF now, its map will be older than what is displayed on the website. My Opinion: This is contradicting with what you claim on your website. I was impressed only with your map on the website. Q: Are the updates free?A: No. We have not released any updates as of now. We cannot tell you any exact price of those updates now.My opinion: I’m not impressed with you professionalism.
You’ve not planned well about the marketing of the product yet as you do not have post sales services pricing structure. It sounds more like "Just somehow sell it and forget it". Q: In case SD card get corrupt, whether you’ll replace the card at the cost of SD card only?A" No. My opinion: I’m paying for your software not for the SD card. Since I understand I cannot copy the SD card and keep back-up, you should replace the SD card loaded with your software at the cost of SD card only. For the reasons mentioned above, I do not feel confident about your product and decided not to buy your product. Thx, Rajesh

Dear Arun, I guess you did not answer all of my queries which were explicitly asked. Can you please answer these questions one by one which are still unanswered:Please note that I’m only interested in iNav WF and not iNav Connect: I) Whether all the subsequent updates on india map will be free and will be in sync with the maps available on the mapmyindia portal?ii) And are there any known issues on Nokia 6110 Navigator?iii) Does iNav WF software use A-GPS available on cell phone?
For your information: A-GPS stands for Assisted GPS which can exist for both in built and external GPS device. My question is explicitly whether your software can take advantage of A-GPS using the in built GPS receiver?iv) In case the SD card gets corrupt over the time, will you be replacing it either free or at the cost of SD card only? If yes, will it be written on my purchase documents (warranty card etc.).v) vi) Is your post sales support is free? What are the relevant SLA’s?
