The overall experience at this hotel was average and it is far from the city as well. The location was average and the appearance of the hotel was decent. The staff members were average in service and behaviour. The room allotted to us was neat and clean but hot water was not provided and only basic amenities were provided.
The food provided was not good in quality and taste, and only vegetarian food was available. There was no delay in check-in or check-out procedure. According to our visit the hotel is average in services, facilities as well as food so, it was not up to the mark.i don’t like this hotel.
