"Market Magnify Global Research Pvt Ltd", they say they provide Trading tip calls about the Indian stock markets with intense analysis done by our Team of Analysts.
They also claim that they are registered under SEBI. Initial 2 days they will provide free tips, in which anyone will appreciate their service.
Once the person happy with the free tip period, if he opts for their paid service, then you had it. they will insist that you have to pay the service amount as 1 time payment and then only the service will start.
Even I paid a huge amount for their unlisted service in their website called "HNI service". One Ms.Neha spoke to me and told me that this service is highly confidential so it is not listed in the website.
Also told that in this service they allot an adviser who will provide market insight everyday 2-3 times, there will be another person who will provide you tips and follow up services like when to exit, if market fluctuates is it necessary to average etc.
There will be another contact person from loss recovery department who will provide you another call in case earlier call fails.
I requested her to put all the details discussed in email and send it to me. She told that her assistant Mr. Sateesh will send the email.
The happened in 1st week of November 2014. She told that Mr. Kuldeep will assist me. He used to call me to give calls but he will never call to tell when to exit. This incurred a huge loss (around 50k).
Fed up of this I was repeatedly trying to contact them. No body used to take my call or call back. Finally 11th December, 2014, I was able to speak to Ms. Neha.
She again reassured me that I will get the service what she promised me. Again I told her to send the email. She said that she is busy on weekdays so she will send the email on Saturday, 13th December.
And also told that Mr. Zubair will provide me tips and in within 1 hour, I will get a call from him. I didn’t receive any call from him on that day or next day.
Monday he called me. But he didn’t give me any till date. Since Monday I am trying to contact Ms.Neha, Mr. Kuldeep and Mr. Sateesh.
All are unavailable. Today also I was trying to reach them. That time Mr. Zuibair came online and told that all of them are holidaying at Panchagani.
This shows the dedication to their clients. Now what I request them is if they are not able to provide the service properly.
Let them refund the amount taken from me as service charge along with the loss incurred to me.
