I bought a pink blouse from M&S thinking that it is of the best quality and it was surely very expensive, after I saw bubbles forming up in the blouse I showed them(within a months time only) and they said please email it to customer care because I wasnt able to find the bill and this is the only way. I showed them the purchase date as I had points also added of that purchase in their account, till date I havent received any response. Such a great brand and so low on service and no response.
I am very unhappy with their behaviour and no response attitude being such a big brand.
