I have called 6-7 times for return of a product, every time I was told to wait for 48 hours, but they don’t bother to pick up. I wrote an email also and was reassured of a resolution soon , it’s been a week , no resolution yet. I love M&S products, have always bought from amazon/flipkart, purchasing from company website was a mistake.I would suggest others not to buy from company website if you value your time and money
