For the past 8 years Malboro Lights was my best friend. Malboro is a British Cigrate brand. Its quality is good and due to its best quality filter it giver better pleasure.
But you can not beleave that, by smoking this good cigrate I got a lot of very bad health problem. You will got shocked by reading this. Not a single Cigrate which ever its country of origin is absolutely bad for health.
I smoked for Eight years, so I gor seriously bad health damage. For few years, Cold and Cough were my friends for ever. I got a 0.5mm stone in my galblader. Initialy I was working in Ford Motors plant as an Engineer. So due to my smoking habit, I got stone and due to my seriously health degrade, I was forced to come to my home and take few months of rest. And after that, I lost my very valuable job and lost my dream to go to USA.
During smoking, I got another problems. In between them one big is the thurst of smoke especialy after taking food. The thurst was so rough that it would have killed me.
Due to smoking I got my teeth yelloish. My very good looking red lips became seriously blackish. I got gastrick problems.
One day I decide not to smoke and it was a grate decission ever I have taken in my life.Its more than 3 Years have passed and I din not smoke a single cigrate till now. So its not impossible to quiting cigrate.
So all the readers, I am adviceing you all not to smoke cigrate. And those who want to quit smoking, they have to take strong decission like my.
