Ertiga SHVS ZDI is a good family car with ample space and driveability.
It can easily seat 7 people but luggage space would be a problem for all 7 people.
For long drives, it is comfortable for 5 people with luggage.
If 7 people need to travel with luggage then the only option would be to fix a luggage carrier on top of the car.
AC is powerful and comfortable for all 7 people in 3 rows.
Engine lacks power during hill climbing with 5 people and luggage.
Mileage claimed is 24.52KMPL but actual I have got till date is 16KMPL only.
NVH is quite good but still during a rain you can hear clearly the noise from the roof.
Auto switch off and switch on option works perfectly fine.
