I am having the worst experience. I booked a car for my mother - it was supposed to be a surprise Diwali Gift. I wired the money to the Maruti account and was promised that the car would be delivered on the 4th of November. It is the 11th and am still waiting The customer service is the worst imagineable. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.
Any information that they give you is not to be trusted. I have talked to Mr Jain, Mr Mohit and Mr Rantish and not an iota of information provided by that office is correct. The entire fun of surprise is gone I am here on Vacation and have wasted 1week in futile efforts. Called up the MD’s office - but Sir is in a meeting. When can he be reached- dont know. When will he be in the office- maybe after 4. I had heard good things about Mr Khattars’ but all the promises on the website are BS
My advice - DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCHEME . There are plenty of other equally good options and you do not have to wait. CSB
