I have old maruti 800 with carburettor manufactured in 1998 and i have driven almost 135000 kms. Recently i have driven this beautiful vehicle 977 kms in 2 days. I was surprised to see that the vehicle gave me fuel efficiency of 22.55 kms per litre, am not joking.
Also my cars carburettor is not cleaned for last 2 yrs. I love this vehicle.Its most economical vehicle on indian roads with very less maintenance cost. With more conform.. Yes most important is how you’re driving this vehicle. Long live maruti suzuki.
