Maruti suzuki Alto is the largest selling car in small segment. It has a very high resale value as compared to other cars. We had purchased a second hand Maruti Suzuki alto LX(2009 model) in 2013 for around Rs 160, 000(Rupees one lac sixty thousand only). It gives 23-24 km/lt mileage on highway. And it has very low maintenance cost.
After six years of use it is in perfectly fine condition and can be easily sold for Rs 150, 000(Rupees one lac fifty thousand only). It has very low depreciation value as compared to other cars. So economically it is one of the best cars to go for.
