This is pramod from kollam. This is to bring to your kind attention to the excellent levels of customer service provided by the sales service wings of SARATHY AUTO CARS at Kollam, Kerala. I bought my alto Lxi from Sarathy last month.
I wish to appreciate the sarathy team for best co-cordination of sales service and true value. Previously owned a maruti 800 which was regularly serviced at Sarathy. I was in search of a new car for last 6 months and made lot of enquiries with Maruti , Tata, Hyundai, Chervelet Spark. I sent enquiry mail to all the brands. I came to know that Hyundai is rejected because bad dealer co ordination.
Tata got ignored because of lot complaints regarding dealerships and product. Finally I narrowed my choices to Maruti and Cheverlet. I admit spark as a good choice in terms of performance and price. But their kollam dealer M/S Deedi Motors is a new dealer. I am not sure about their dealings and stability. Finally Maruti got the chance as I enjoyed the excellent customer support from Sarathy auto cars and Maruti officials.
Then I came to know that Onam offers announced and alto is around 30k. It was a rainy day. I visited the camp conducted by Indus motors. They offered Rs 115000 for my old 800. And promised to give free accessories worth 5000. Mean while Sai motors and Hercules motors contacted me and offered 115000 and 117000 for my old maruti. The deal was almost finalized with Indus paid and Rs 1000 was paid as advance. Unfortunately next few days was bit dramatic. I was adviced that never buy a car from Indus.
Our Boss purchased a swift VDI from Indus motors and faced the worst behavior from their workshop manager. More over my car got break down and serviced by sarathy auto cars. Next day I found a bent on right door . I was quite sure that it was happened with sarathy technicians. I made complaints to Maruti and Sarathy apologized for the fault and they pormised to give me best exchange price. They promised to give Rs 120000. For my M 800 and balance 180000 for Alto Lxi (10k for extra accessories).
I informed the Indus about the matter and finalized my deal with Sarathy motors. I have no regrets at all. I found many good qualities with sarathy . Pleasant and pleasing approach. (Especially Mr Mullu and service advicer Mr Dileep). All the top officials of sarathy were customer friendly. In nutshell I was pleased with the way they treated me. I wish to appreciate customer care officer Mrs Ajitha for solving all the related issues. I faced only few issues with them regarding delay in getting parcel tray and wrong details in extended warranty.
I am giving 100 marks to sarathy for their ability in solving issues and convincing clients about the technical aspect involved. I wish to mention that many service centers are extremely bad in customer relations. Last year I purchased a bike from Vahini Honda kollam and I faced the worst experiences of customer care. Finally I was was forced to approach court and they refundedthe money . I am very much aware and conscious about the best customer care.
The delivery day was really memorable. They made it a ceremony. My car was decorated and the whole ceremony turned out to be a real blend of traditional and modern customs. I requested sarathy to sent the photographs.Recently I am facing few issues with my new alto. I think the front right door was replaced by Sarathy before delivery. It rattles a lot and door is misaligned. Hope sarathy will clear the same on the first service.
