Hi friends, I am a proud owner of maruti alto lxi.I like my car very much.My dad bought this car, since we are only 4 members in our family.He thought me to drive in this car only.I don’t know much more about cars when I started to drive.After that I got interest over cars and started to make some researches on cars.Now to tell about my car.
First is the interiors, somewat less leg room, can be said as 5 seater but I can’t feel tat alto can be considered as a 5 seater vehicle.It is very spacious for 4 persons.If the 5th one sits, its little bit conjusted.Front Seats are very comfortable.Dashborad design is good when comparing to M-800 and Zen.The A/C controls and speedo console looks are too good for such a small car.Distance between pedals are too short.Drivers wit shoes may feel uncomfortble .Otherwise superb.Steering wheel design is cool and trendy.Road views is some wat minus in this car.
Next about the exteriors.Mine is a silver colour .The bumpers just was like a heck when compared to the body colour.So we requested for body coloured bumpers.When we took delivery, the car was pretty good in its looks wit the body coloured bumpers.Stylish looks, Wheel covers was fit for this small car.It had a vibrant looks.
Coming to the performance.This 800cc and 47 bhp engine is fit for indian roads.Great pickup, good mileage when comparong to M800 which has the same 800cc engine.Mpfi fuel injection system provides a good mileage. BS-III standard, fits the emission control for our country.We dint felt to fit a gas kit since one of my friend said that we may head some problem in engine head.We still drive in petrol.I dont feel a good throttle response wit gas when comparing to petrol.It may decraese the perfoemance of the vehicle.Small turning radius is suitable for indian roads.huh I drive it like a bike.Alto can even go inside a small street .Smooth engine and gear shifting.No vibrations inside the car.No unwanted noise till we maintain it in a good condition.Booster assisted brakes are excellent.Really nice response.But maruti’s only drawback is they are not using booster assisted brakes for M800 and omni.Alto is the startin for this types of brakes.Top speed I felt is 120kmph.MOre than this is not safe for this small one.All about the car is, Compact yet fit.Handling is nice .
Now we going to sell our old car, coz we have booked a new alto vxi which comes wit more power.
