Alto k10 was launched as the replacement of the zen as zen was not a hit for maruti suzuki and alto k10 successfuly recovered the loss to maruti due to flop of zen as it in itself is a part of marutis biggest hit alto series and also provide some of the luxury features that were unavailaible in maruti alto.
The car looks somewhat like alto only but the smartly styled headlamps and the chrome grill in the center with increased length of the overall car just takes it step ahead and put it in the mid segment cars.
As I mentioned the length of car is quite increased so the legroom for both the rear and front passenger is just enough to be seated comfortably even on long journeys , also the interiors have a great combination of grey and beige , so overall the car looks very decent both from exterior and interiors.
Coming to the tech specs the car is equipped with K series engine and offers a very convenient and hassle free drive.
The car is avilaible in both automatic and manual transmission and all of the models are equipped with driver side airbag.
The engine is quite responsive and smooth and responses to the gear shift very well.
Overall its a nice car for regular users and offers a very smooth drive with very low maintenance cost.
