Friends, I have been using Alto from last 2 years, it already runned around 31000 kms, I wanna share my experience with you all those are going to purchase a new or we can say the dream car.
When I was in process of purchasing car, I opted alto becouse of price, and fuel average (most of the people claims they are getting a very good fuel average)
Look Vise: Not really impressive, when somebody talks about alto (Maruti 800) automatically comes in mind, and people starts camparison alto with 800.
Yes it better then the 800. but not really good.
Comfort: It is ok if you travel alone without passangers, but if you buying the same as a family car, its not a good decision, Rear seets are comforatable only with two passangers, and front passanger seet is really very uncomforatable,
Fuel Average: I drive very decently, not a ruff and tuff kind of driver I am, My car is now 24 months only, the first 12 months was really good, I was getting average of 15-16 with ac, and around 18 kms withount ac, may it is unbelievable I got 23 kms average on highway,
But after more 12 months, I am getting hardly 12 kms average with ac, 14-15 kms non-ac,
you may be thinking that I am not getting my vehicle serviced on time, I never send my vehicle to any road side mechanics, I always send my behicle to a authorized service centre.
after many complaints workshop manager of a service centre replied " Sir its better if you run your vehcile on CNG, Unfortunely I i am not having CNG kit in my car. the reason is finishing of the dicky.
One of frnd is using santro his car is also 2 years old, and he is getting better milage then me. so frnds there is no fun going for smallest car of.
