*I bought my Alto LX on June ’07 and I must say that I am totally impressed.
I thought that not having power steering will make some difference but heck with ALTO LX you wont need it!!
Parking the vehicle is totally a pleasure.
The A/C is quite powerful considering the size of the vehicle.
The Maruti service station is another cool thing when you give it for service.
Cleaning the car does not take more than 15 - 20 mins = my bike!!
Seat belts in all seats...didn’t notice that for a week!!!
The gear transmission is very smooth and you can get to the top gear without any hassle.
However the horn that came with the vehicle is pathetic. I had to shell out 1500/- to to buy a ROOTS horn.
The steering cover came off in one day!!!
Suggestion for Maruthi:
All black Interiors
Alloy Wheels
Tubeless Tyres
But all said and done....
