I purchased my Alto in 2005 May, Main advantage ofthe car is it is a maintainance free car and only need to do periodic service( may be after every 6-7 months) . AC is good, but you will feel less powered whenever you are climbing with AC.
In city it gives a mileage of 10 -12 with AC . In the highway it will be about 18 - 20 Kmpl.
Long drive is not comfortable for driver due to it’s poor leg space .
Overall its a good car to purchase in 3 Lac range .
Pick up is good without AC, but once you put it o AC then Pick up is horrible and need to stop the
AC specially whenever you are clibming in a hill.
This is good car to drive to office specially in a city like Bangalore with lots of traffic .
Pros: 1) Good interior
2) Good AC
3) Maintainance free
Cons: 1) Poor leg space for driver seat
2) Poor pikcup with AC
3) uncomfortable driving in a dumpy road.
