Here are my observations of Alto K10
Working outside India ( Driving MINI COOPER ) was looking for a car which can take care of my family needs. Decided to buy Alto K10.
90 Days drove 4500 Kms ( Long drive Mumbai Pune Kholapur Amboli Sawantwadi Goa and return journey Goa Sawantwadi Mahad Panvel Mumbai )
Journey was great without any breakdown " ITS MARUTI "
Pros
Powerful Engine handles very well , no drop in power when AC is on.
Powerful AC
Steering is good during driving ( but not as smooth as power steering ) but no regrets....Fuel effeciney got 18 Kmpl with AC on through out the journey from MUMBAI GOA AND BACK ).
Decent boot space
Handling K10 was really great on steep and curves .
Never felt like exhausted throught the journey driving K10 ( my height is 5 Feet 8 inches )
New Cable Type Gear Box gives you nice and smooth gear shifting but need’s to be improved.
Rear suspension is better but could had been much better.
Driving MINI COOPER for 4 years and still driving , I enjoyed the ride and power of ALTO K10.
I do recommend to others " BUY IT WITHOUT ANY SECOND THOUGHT"
