I am planning to buy a car and my budget is~ 4 lacs. I have seen almost all the cars in this segment starting from Marutis, hyundais, tatas, chevi etc. Finally I have decided to go with the market leaders in small car - Maruti. I would say it was a bit easy in choosing Maruti between its competitors but I am finding it difficult to choose between alto k10 and A-star. Though, Hyundai Santro & Tata Indiva did gave good competition.
I do not like the tall structure of Hyundai as it doesn’t give a car looks when you are inside the vehicle. I rejected Tata indica for its taxi image.
I would welcome your help to choose between Alto k10 / A-Star. Please write your feedback. Thanks.
