Before I write anything... let me tell you, I have exp of driving in Mahindra jeep, then Maruti 800, Indica, Spark, Alto(800), Chevy Aveo, and recently Hundai i10 & I20.
- All the cars are good in there place.... the hundai i10& 20 does no good with regards to engine or the driving pleasure except the interiors are quite highlighting and with some superb features...
But all this comes at an extra cost as well. Here the comparison comes where the Alto K10 gives a very powerful engine with great looks, all major features provided & all comes with a very less price. yes the K10 does have a very impressive interior.
Next Maruti has always been reputed for resale and service, so if you are bothered about these two factors then there is only one answer - the K10.
I was waiting for such a car for a long time after the old Zen went off the market. Thanks, to Maruti they came up with a 1000cc Alto - K10.
many cars in the smaller segment, like Spark/Santro/WagonR/Estilo, because of its height has the CG positioned at a very abnormally. so driving at a high speed through the curves gives a feeling that the car is going out of control. But the height of the alto is just perfect... I have no words...
Dont compare with the Old Alto.... its completely different.... the tyres, the engine, the brakes, the wheel size.... all these have added a lot more fun in driving. I wont say the A/C has been improved but definately with the increase in engine power you will never feel the drag when the A/C is put on.
