Go 4 it, and Trust me you'll love it

Hello All!

After studying a lot of reviews and taking a lot of suggestions from previous owners I bought Maruti Baleno Lxi, August 2006.

One of my relative has both Honda City and Baleno, about 2 years old. And I drove both of them. (Not to mention that the vehicles are in excellent conditions)

No points for guessing that I liked BALENO.

Options those were available in almost same price:

Accent, Honda City, Ford Ikon

I did a test drive on all of the above vehicle, but when it came to Baleno, trust me it was like sailing on the river. The bumpiest roads due to monsoons were as if I am jumping on a cotton bed.

On my working days I get a CAB from the office, and normally drive on weekends.

But trust me driving 200 kms was not tiring et al this weekend.

I can reach from 40 km/hr till 120km/hr with fifth gear without a hiccup.

The first service hasn’t been done, still I am getting average of about 12km with AC :-) What else can someone expect from a CAR?

There are no complaints from the AC either, trust me you’ll freeze in 15 minutes, and you have to either switch it off else shiver in cold.

Cabin is the quietest of all, so with all the windows closed the max volume of the Stereo I could bear was level III. You can understand what I mean.

The best part is that with some discounts (corporate, loyalty. exchange, finance) I got 83000/- discount.

One thing that I dint like:

I had to use third party ways to lift the vehicle (The ground clearance isn’t that good) with three heavy passengers in the back seat, the SPEED BREAKERS really breaks the silence in the car with a "TAK" sound.

With down payment of rs. one my EMI is as somewhere around 9300/-

Hello Guys! I am back again.

I drove over 1000 kms in 24 hours all by myself on NH2 and trust me the performance was awesome. The average I got on the highway was 21.6 km/litre. Can any other car in the same segment beat this.?

And I even touched speed of 160km/hour and the car was as steady as a rock on the road.

Whom so ever has travelled from Delhi to Lucknow by raod would agree that the drive from Firozabad to Etawah is vvery bumpy due to Construction of the higway. And I felt as If I am sailing on a boat.

I am ready to be your Chauffer if you need a ride.

Coming back to my Opening statement. Go 4 it, and Trust me you’ll love it

Hope you found it useful.

regards

Ranpreet
