Maruti Suzuki going automatic with the new Maruti

Before Maruti Suzuki launched this car in market, automatic transmission used to be linked to premium segment cars and touted as luxury feature most of the times. But maybe no one thought before Maruti Suzuki that this hassle of shifting gears now and then while on the go is really a nuisance that every car driver need to tackle and master and is a part of life. We all learn ABC and gear shift system when we sit in driver seat, and of course steering wheel. But, designing an automatic transmission in gear shifting makes driving a car a lot simpler and attractive to even hard learners.
