Biggest cheating ever by MARUTI

I have bought a Maruti Suzuki Celerio VXI AMT on 12th May 2015 from Modern Automoblies, Hisar, Haryana. I was impressed by the ads shown in TV but after buying it I feel cheated because of two reasons-


(1). The mileage claimed in ads is 23.4 whereas in reality the average is close to 10.5-11 KMPL. How can this difference in the mileage claimed by you and mileage in practicality be so big even though the factor of’DIFFERENT CONDITIONS’ is considered. This is even less than half of the mileage claimed by you. It is an obvious thing that the customer who is buying this car is not capable of buying Audis or Mercs and for him mileage is the most prominent factor. How can this be so UNTRUE?


(2). On 27th May I got a call from Modern Automobiles, the dealership from where I had bought the car asking me when I will be coming to them for my first service.Before sharing the incident, I would like to tell you that in Hisar, there is an authorized service center of Maruti Suzuki in the name of Salasar Automobiles.


Coming back to the incident; she called from number 01662-281512 and asked me about the first service and I told her that I shall get the free services done from Salasar Automobiles only as I have no faith in you and also I was not happy with my experience with Modern Automobiles. On this, the female executive from Modern Automobiles Hisar claimed that "if you get your service done from Salasar Autos, your warranty will expire. I was astonished at her response." First, you have cheated me on mileage and then second, your executives are


misleading me. Heights of cheating, frustration and irritation. Maruti used to be a name for trust. But that seems to be in danger


now. Clear the air at the earliest.
