After a lot of TD and going through an infinite loop of Car Blogs and reviews zeroed down to Celerio.
Options: Ritz, Grand i10, Eon, Celerio, Bolt, Swift, Brio, Beat.
Budget: 6L on road.

Bolt: No offense to TATA lovers but I really hate that outdated Vista looks of Bolt. This is the only reason I have not considered this car as its looks never appeal me. Same for Waggy and Stingray they are just too boxy. no offense just IMO. But I took a TD and really loved the interiors and drive ability. Even I have heard horror stories abut TATA A.S.S. Can just put money on a car that neither appeals to your mind and heart.
Swift: ZXI is out of budget and the other 2 trims have zero safety(Really poor braking performance).
Beat: A.S.S is really bad(got input from 2 owners). But I love the design. No TD taken so will not comment.
RITZ(Splash in Europe): Sales has been stopped in European market(Celerio is a replacement). As I have to keep the car for 7yrs minimum have to reject ritz out of perplexity. Its was on the top of my list after TD.
Brio: Excellent car just the boot is too small.(Will regret it on later part for sure).
Grand i10: Only top end has the Safety features: Asta(O) 7.27Lac on road bangalore(Out of budget). This was my fav of all after Ritz. Ritz gets a point above Grand i10 because of super K12 engine that was fun to drive.
Eon: Cramped interiors and the back seat windows are too small. My KID just don’t like the back seat neither do I. have not taken a TD for the car so, no more comments.
Celerio ZXI(o): Though it is slightly over priced and comes really close to Ritz ZXI in pricing(60K less) has ticked all the boxes.
Finally, I zeroed down to this car.
Pros:
Good Safety features(Matches the car segment above).
Keyless entry(Was really excited abut this feature as it was new to me).
Super Mileage(Got good reviews from colleague who owns it and a few reviews) K10B is made for good mileage anyways.
Good leg room in Front and Back seats. 235ltr boot(Good enough for me).
Nice engine to drive.
Cons:
2nd gear pick up is really bad(TD car). But it was same in my Old Estilo as well. Can leave with it.
Celerio MT is over priced.
Back side looks are really not good.
