My brother bought Maruti CIAZ ZXI+ from Vipul Motors Noida. The paint below all the four doors is uneven, irregular, and shabby with bubbles. The defect is in the brand new car. The complaint have not been addressed inspite of repeated reminders. The focus of all customer support is only on papers. They are not able to visualize customers point of view.
The system should have ensured that no defective item is passed on to the customers thus it shows that all internal quality checks are not followed.
