Maruti Suzuki Ciaz Zxi is undoubtedly the best petrol sedan in its class. I purchased the car after selling my SX4 Zxi ( petrol) , which I had driven for about 3 years. The first remarkable change was in the frequency of visiting the petrol pump. This car offers excellent mileage in comparison to its predecessor. Though initially the car appeared noisy, the engine calmed down after about 2000km.
The petrol model delivers a sureshot 15km in city through any rough driving. Interior space feels like a limo. It wows anybody who gets into the back seat. There has been some discussion about its power. But I tell you, the car never felt underpower until now. I have completed about 8000km and there have been absolutely no issues. The look is surely a head turner.
Outer shape is designed to escape scratches and dents in clumsy city roads. Interior feels great. The smartplay infotainment system is a proud possession, though you wil rarely use it. The navigation system has to be made user friendly and connecting mobile phones ( screen mirroring) has to be more versatile. Right now only few models get connected. Of course Honda City, the senior competitor does not have these facilities. The tyres are wide. Security system is good. Divers seat could be more comfortable. Wind shield wipers are among the negatives. They need more number of speeds.
