Sakumbari Roorkee is non cooperative. After selling the car they show no concern for the services. In the name of Maruti Authorised part they are selling inferior quality china made tracking system and refused to install a quality better tracking system. I will file a case for non professional behaviour. Also offer to sell the new car if there is any taker.
Honda City will definitely be better option. Maruti can’t match Honda or other international brand. Cost is comparable or higher to any similar brand. Unfortunately I decided for Maruti for large Service base. But disappointed. If service base aim is only selling car and let it Maruti to see the customer satisfaction, Maruti can’t service with wider base also.
Ciaz engine sound is horrible. It compete with my Tata Safari diesel. Average is 15-18 km/l in city. Console is not very organised. Navigation system is age old. The maps are not updated. Smart phone map app is better and updated.
