Worst Customer Service from Maruti and Distributor
I purchased Maruti Ertiga VDI on 28.04.2014 from Akanksha Automobiles Moradabad. They didnt provided any Document/Paper except only Insurance Policy.
It was so risky on the way to my residence from Showroom, that if Policemen or any other ask me for Paper checking, I had nothing and no other option except arrest of New Ertiga. I am continuously asking for remaining Papers from Akanksha Automobiles, but they are misguiding and avoiding me and these have not provided to me till now on 03.05.2014.
I also requested Regional Office Lucknow of Maruti, but came to know that Regional Manager went to Italy, so no help could be provided. They told me to contact 0562 4052646 of Mr. Vikasji. I contact said number, but Vikasji was also not available and out of station.
I requested the person to provide Mobile Number of Vikasji, but he refused.
I am completely confused that Maruti is not ready to help Consumer even after lodging my Grievance on Consumer Care of Maruti and Distributor is harassing consumer, then no other will hear except Consumer Protection Forum.
