Purchased Ertiga VDI in april 2014 and in just 6 months and 15000 km MRF Tyre got burst. No one is ready to take the responsibility neither the dealer BRD nor the MRF. I was asked to go personally at MRF outlet to get the warranty where in I am always getting my car serviced at the said dealer.
As per them it is not the Tyre issue rather it is due to some external object which got hit while driving. I drive only on highways and it is not my vehicle which is using that Highway, where in I didn’t found any problem especially at the place where it got burst suddenly.
This is realy bad to see such a kind of attitude from a maruti dealer. The trust by which a car is purchased is hampered.
