It has 210mm Ground Clearance for better off-road handling of the vehicle.Less wear of parts, to withstand higher rotational speeds and requiring less release load.Maruti gypsy has Very high on thermal conductivity, and heats up fast in extremely cold conditions. No starting problems! It has 1300 cc Petrol Engine , Lighter engine vs Diesel, resulting in higher power to weight ratio. Greater control, more power and a lot more responsive! It has 80 bhp @ 6000 rpm Maximum power for easier crossing , More power at the wheel, for better control, Smooth Steering , .0812 Power to Weight ratio for faster acceleration, through streams and sticky terrain. No loss of control due to unexpected bumps and potholes.It is a lighter, 4-wheel drive vehicle. A big advantage in sandy areas or muddy ground where a heavier vehicle will get stuck. The Gypsy will keep running. 5-Speed Gear Box, Better highway mileage, allowing for high cruising speeds.Its Turning Radius is 6mm which gives it Quick response in emergency or heavy traffic situation Better manouverability. Maruti gypsy comes in 3 variant colours (blue, white & ruby red).its engine has 4 cylinders. it comes in 4 variants (hard top with metallic/non metallic & soft top with metallic & nonmetallic.).it gives a mileage of about 8-12 on highways & in jam traffics less than that. if u guys r really want an adventuristic & rally based vehicle go for maruti gypsy.i have a soft top metallic gypsy took last year.its a second hand.i guess now the new one here in hyd is around 4.6lakhs. The bad with this vehicle is the seating , it doesnt has confortable seats as tata sumo or any other well known vehicle has.if ur planning to buy a vehicle for long journey along with ur family I suggest dont go for this vehicle.
