I wanted a letter from Maruti about me not availing the sales tax and hence called their helpline number. They asked me to mail on the email address: contact@maruti.co.in.
I emailed and did not get a response from them for 8 days. Then I called the call center and they asked me to send a reminder on the same email. I did that but again for past 12 days no response.
These guys are very much degrading in customer service. When you need something from them, they wont revert but when they need something from them, they will come like beggers behind us( Eg. while servicing or insurance) . Be careful guys.
